05-08-08: I was able to move over to the FT program at Mason. I'm pretty excited about being able to focus on school.

04-23-08: Cycle is finally over (kind of). I've sent in my deposit to Mason (which was the very first school I heard back from). Will be waiting out a WL or two.

04-04-08: UVA waitlist. This is my dream school, so I'm going to wait this one out. I'll be visiting this week.

04-02-08: Another waitlist: Univ of Texas. I was really surprised with this one. I thought I'd be an auto-ding. I love UT based on what I've seen and from a visit. I think I'll actively wait this one out. Still no official word from UVA yet.

03-26-08: First rejection today: Univ. of Washington. Oh well. Also, WL for Baylor for Fall 08, but accepted for Spring 09. I'll be withdrawing.

03-22-08: Waitlisted at William & Mary. This is one of my top choices, but due to circumstances, I don't think I can wait it out. We'll see.

03-21-08: Declined acceptance from Lewis & Clark.

03-14-08: In at Seattle U with small scholarship that is renewable as long as I'm in the top 25%.

03-08-08: Accepted to L&C. However, their letter states that they have given out all their scholarship money for this year. I can opt to ask to see if there is anything after the first deposits are due at the end of April.

02-08-08: 2-for-2! In at San Diego today (via mail). No $$ offer yet. It's nice to start the cycle off with a couple of acceptances.

02-07-08: Received first acceptance today! I'm in at George Mason (Part-Time). I applied to the FT and PT programs, but I'd be happy to start PT and move to FT!

Hi. I noticed we have a similar index for William and Mary. Have you heard anything from them about the waitlist? Jsut trying to figure out how they are going to handle this big WL :)

Hey lawschool0809. Thanks for the congrats. I didn't apply to American due to cost. GMU appears to be cheaper and similarly ranked for the area I want to be in.
