1/09/12--UPDATE: Retook, scored less than I was PTing at, but oh well because IN AT HOUSTON!!:-):-) Also in at Baylor($$) and Tech($$$) but pretty set on UH. :-D

8/19-UHouston sent email asking if I was still interested, said yes, and got a rejection a few days later. Oh well, retaking in October hopefully better luck next year!

4/22-WAITLISTED AT HOUSTON!!!! SOOOO excited!! time to write LOCI!
Will ride the waitlist while studying to retake in October.

4/20-file in review date finally changed to 4/19 on houston status checker!!!
4/19-rejected from SMU PT via status checker, waiting on houston for my cycle to be officially over.
4/16-rejected from ASU via snail mail.
4/6-have pretty much decided that I will be taking a year off to retake for the 3rd and final time. wish this cycle would have turned out better, but oh well. 3rd times a charm!
3/24-dinged from Baylor via snail mail, as expected. Definitely expecting UH to do the same. :(:(
also asked to be considered for SMU part-time
3/20-"Decision letter mailed" at baylor!! on a sunday?? whatever, I'll take it! probably a rejection but keep your fingers crossed anyway!!
3/17-rejected at Smu FT via status checker yesterday. This one hurts, now I'll just have to bank on houston. Keeping my fingers crossed:(
3/14- received Hofstra admission packet with $5000 per year as long as I stay in top 40%
3/8-Accepted at UoP via snail mail, $7500 per year
3/3- DR at UoP
3/2-accepted to hofstra via status checker, then email, then phone call. :)
2/24-Hofstra status checker "file with admissions committee" and McGeorge's complete date changed from 2/3 to 2/24. not sure what this means???
2/17-houston status checker changed from "complete" to "file in review." pleeeeease!!!
2/14-complete ASU, no status checker :(
2/9- rejected, as expected, from ut- school ive been dreaming about getting in to since i was a little girl. oh well. crossing my fingers for houston:/
2/7-randomly applied to asu (understanding my slim chances) because my dad went there. :/
2/5-admitted to my first law school:) st. marys with $8000 per year as long as i stay in top 10%
1/31-finally got acknowledgement from arkansas via snail mail, rejected for index admission as expected. sent in supplemental form to be considered for non-index.
1/26-applied to uop mcgeorge because their emails were driving me crazy. priority review my butt!!!!
1/25-applied to hofstra for fun
1/14-sent baylor, ut, uh, st. marys, smu

Harvard is still a possibility but I'm superstitious so I didn't put Harvard or Yale up. I'll let you know if I get into either! Thanks for the support. I really hope you get Houston or SMU. UT really missed out!

congrats on such a great cycle. Did any of the other extra curricukars change on the u of p status checker. Did the seat deposit or requirements change? also wheer in dallas do you live? i lived in southlake for several years!

Thanks so much!!!!! Stupid SMU well when you're a Partner at some big law firm and you make a huge donation to Houston or Baylor. SMU and UT will sorry they didn't see how extraordinary you are!!!!
