My stats are about the same as your's. 160/3.7 from UCSD. I studied abroad, sorority, worked 40-45 hrs.week, initially as loan officer but promoted to Sr. Dir. of Sales and Marketing. - Also a minority - unfortunately - I was not as lucky with my acceptances as you were - I was just wondering what you wrote your Personal Statement on.
