E-mail - hilarious, actually, I read the subject of \\\"Fordham School of Law Offer of Admission\\\" and honestly convinced myself that my eyes had tricked me and it said \\\"office\\\" - what can I say, I\\\'d only just woken up. Best of luck!
Reutynwer - some say diverse, some say crazy - I think it comes from being an odd mix of Californian and Iowan. Born SoCal, spent teens in Iowa, with frequent visits home. So yes and no? Thanks. Anonymous - tell me about it. The truth is, I got burned by an LSAT examination interruption so bad (host school tech came in, made a lot of noise and wound up being shouted out by test takers in the middle of the games section) that while no school seems to be averaging my two scores, I had to wait until after the December test to apply. Original score 158 after bombing the games. Eh, that\\\'s the way it goes sometimes. The 165 was my Dec. score, fyi - didn\\\'t see the point in listing myself as multiple exams.
I received a phone call yesterday from UCLA's dean letting me know that I'd been admitted, and that they'd overnighted my admissions packet, including information about this weekend's activities. There was an e-mail to follow that up, and they indeed did overnight the packet, but my mom was silly and didn't get it from the UPS guy until today. Good luck to you!

Can't quite say I understand the LCR, but ... good luck with the rest of your cycle! Whether it's getting some good news from waitlists or pendings, or going with one of your fine acceptances, you should be set.
Nah - it's a grant, came as part of a tentative financial aid package e-mail a bit later.
good luck with USC, though i imagine you're probably leaning towards UCLA-- congrats!! i'm still crossing my fingers from that one... how'd you hear?
Barring good news from Chicago (hardly possible at this point, but I'm still hoping) that's the plan. UCLA's a great place, but it's so hard to give up on the dreams, y'know?

i didnt think to call them and just ask. I thought they gave it based on lsat scores or something. Thanks again that was helpful.
