Well, I have a very good resume with plenty of leadership on campus and community service. I also had a significant increase in my GPA since my freshman year. Shoot me an e-mail if you have any more questions.
I think I submitted my app in late December, and heard back in early February. At the admitted law student day, they did say they were only taking 160 students this year as opposed to the 175 first years last year.
Hey there. Jones' ABA is coming up this April - June, so that would be huge. It looks like a great environment to really focus and learn law and I'd love to live in the Southeast. Being from AL what are your thoughts? Thanks
Good Luck with Samford!! I think what really helped me was my involvement and leadership activities. I am really involved in alot of stuff at school and have an impressive resume for a college student. Also I worked extremely hard on perfecting my personal statement. Now that I've been accepted, I just have to find the money to pay for it. Getting in was the easy part it seems!
hear from samford yet? congrats on jones
How's everything coming along? Any idea about when Samford will give you final word? Shoot me an e-mail *note new e-mail address
Why did you choose Jones over Cumberland? I am kindof torn between them right now.
I agree about the traffic!! I felt more at home at Jones. Also, Jones gave me a nice scholarship too, so I could not turn it down! Are there any things that you would recommend doing before law school? I'll probably see you around next year!
Hey, I hope things work out at Samford for you. I know what you mean about the money being a big issue. Let me know how things turn out.
