Additional info & updates

04/28/08 - Just received my acceptance from Colorado via snail-mail dated for April 22 with a $10,000 per year scholarship! They had been my top choice but had taken forever to get back to me. I am glad to finally hear from them. Now I have a day or two to make a final decision and make my seat deposit. I am glad my cycle is finally over, and I was 7/7 on my schools. Good luck to everyone else still waiting to finish their cycles... Update: I have decided to attend Colorado for law school. Once again best of luck to everyone else on the rest of your cycles.
04/22/08 - Got a phone call from Lewis and Clark and they informed me that I have received a Dean's Scholarship worth $12,000 annually! They were in my top two before this and now they are probably my number one. Still waiting on Colorado, talked to them last week and they told me I should know by the end of this week if I am in. Once I find out then my decision will be made.
04/07/08 - In at Wyoming via snail-mail with a $7,000 per year scholarship offer which they said might increase based upon their funds after their first round of seat deposits! The letter was dated for April 3, and I'm glad I heard from them because it had been awhile without any news. Definitely something for me to think about. Well so far I'm 6 of 7 and still waiting to hear back from Colorado before I make my decision.
04/04/08 - In at Willamette via snail-mail with a $45,000 scholarship offer! Yesterday I received an e-mail about an admitted students preview day and was confused, but now that makes more sense... In other news the wait still continues for Wyoming and Colorado. I have no clue when I will hear from Wyoming but the eight weeks from my completion for Colorado hits on the 11th, so I hope to hear from them by then. Still have a tough decision to make.
03/29/08 - And the wait continues for Colorado and Wyoming... I think all this waiting is going to drive me nuts. I guess its my fault for not applying early in the cycle. Oh well, I will keep my fingers crossed and hope for good news./ Finally got my acceptance letter from Lewis and Clark. It took a good bit longer to get here than I expected... I was starting to wonder if they had made a mistake on me.
03/22/08 - Just got a postcard dated for the 19th from Willamette saying my file has been completed. Took them almost three weeks... better late than never, but not my top choice, especially since I probably won't hear back from them until late April or early May, and I plan to have accepted an offer before then.
03/21/08 - Called admissions office at Lewis and Clark to check the status of my application and the lady on the other end told me I had been accepted. Letter goes out today and should be here by Monday or Tuesday.
03/10/08 - Scholarship offer from South Dakota received via snail-mail.
03/06/08 - Notice of completion from Lewis and Clark via snail-mail. Letter was dated for March 3...said it can take up to four weeks to make a decision... as usual hoping to know before the end of March
03/04/08 - Notice of completion from Wyoming via e-mail, said they typically don't start admissions until March, hopefully I will find out within the next few weeks
02/29/08 - Sent in my application to Willamette
02/26/08 - Notice of receipt of application from Wyoming
02/24/08 - Applied to Wyoming
02/15/08 - Notice of completion from Colorado via e-mail, said six to eight weeks on a decision, hopefully it won't take that long
02/08/08 - Applied to Lewis and Clark
01/31/08 - Applied to Colorado
01/18/08 - Letter with updated scholarship information received from Arkansas... been getting alot of news lately, almost like it has all come at once
01/17/08 - In at Bowen with $12,000, notice via snail mail.
01/16/08 - In at South Dakota via snail mail. No scholarship information until March
01/14/08 - Scholarship at Arkansas increased to $27,000 via phone call from the dean... letter with the information on the way

Thanks! They sent the letter via snail mail to my permanent address and then by e-mail about four days after that. Good luck!
