4-15-08 - Officially heading to BC in the fall!

4-4-08 - Deferred then waitlisted at Fordham.

02-22-08 - In at BC!!! Very excited! $9,500 grant

01-25-08 - Rejection from Harvard via email. Acceptance from Brooklyn via email. My bad news is often balanced by good news... not bad!

01-22-08 - Came back from a weekend trip to be greeted by a rejection from NYU - again, not surprised. Also checked status on Fordham's site today and says "2nd evaluation" which I've heard means deferred. Kinda bummed... really hoping I can get into at least one of BU, BC or Fordham. At least it wasn't a straight out rejection I guess.

01-08-08 - Voicemail from Cardozo saying that I'm accepted with a $25k scholarship/year!! Very excited -- first acceptance to a school in NYC!!

12-17-07 - Status on Cornell site went to decision. Called and found out decision... rejection, the small white envelope is in the mail. not surprised! Deferred from BC EA. Small white envelope went to permanent address. Will send decision by end of February. Accepted to Temple, large white envelope, scholarship (per year). Received green postcard from BU indicating complete.

12-10-07 - Acceptance from Villanova -- small white envelope sent to current address, letter dated 12/05/07.

12-09-07 - Came home to find my first acceptance from U of Maryland in a small white envelope!!! Letter dated 12/05/07 and sent to current address.

Brooklyn complete via response to email checking status.

Fordham complete via application status checker.

well, we have quite similar numbers. congrats on brooklyn! best of luck on bu and fordham. i haven't gotten the dreaded "2nd evaluation" yet, but i anticipate one in the near future. ; )
