MBA and GSU
Monday, October 17 2005 at 08:00 PM

Congrats on GSU!! Question. How does one get into an MBA program with a 2.4? I lokked into some programs and it seemed that one needed a B average in addition to a good GMAT score to get into a decent program. Just curious as I may want to pursue an MBA and my GPA lousy. Did GSU offer you any loot?

Thanks

Sherman - good luck, I am still waiting for UGA, not holding my breath. PutMeInCoach - I havent heard about any loot yet and I am not counting on it. I am meeting with Fin Aid this week. I did pretty well on GMAT and have the Finance Exp, so I think that helped. I am now looking at joint degree at GSU. Thanks for the well wishes --

Sherman - Thanks, I hated to see it too, but I still have hope and I am still getting good news in the mail. Holding out for UGA, but otherwise it's time to start deciding.

well...

It's not a no from UGA. I guess I'll be in the same boat soon. If UF comes back with a yes, that should make things nice and complicated for ya... pay the deposit at GSU and wait on UGA? Guess it depends on where you want to work long-term. Best of luck getting off the list though!

Thanks

...for the congrats. Congratulations on your acceptances so far. Have you decided where you'd like to go?

Fingers crossed for UGA
