Thanks! I just tried really hard writing my PS and the 250. And I worked very hard during my undergrad years... I also think I had a coherent story in my application, which were supported by my accomplishments in that field.
Actually, I was deferred, not waitlisted. By snail mail dated 12/12. Good luck to you!
I actually got a letter from CLS saying that I was deferred to the regular applicant pool. It sucks, but it's better than an outright rejection. Best of luck on the rest of your cycle!
Don't worry, you still don't know what's in the envelope. Besides, you've gotten into a bunch of great schools already. You're already ahead of the vast majority of people applying to law school, so you should proud of your accomplishments!

Thanks! Yeah I did write a Why Penn? essay. It really couldn't hurt if you turned one in now. Congrats on UVA and bummer on Columbia, here's to hoping we hear some better news in April.
