Hey! Thanks a lot for your advice. I grew up in Portland and I agree that aside from a few dreary months it really is the perfect city. I went to college in Boulder and it sounds very similar to Eugene: liberal and outdoorsy (minus the snootiness that shrouds Boulder!). I'm curious why you're set on going to L&C. Have you detected a notable difference in academic reputations between the two schools? I'm going to visit both schools in April and I'll withdraw as soon as I make a decision. Your numbers are very close to mine so I'm sure you'll get in soon enough. Good luck and thanks for the advice!
Congratulations on Lewis and Clark! If you decide to attend you and I will probably meet at some point. I don't think 10k is enough for me to pick willamette, so it is Lewis and Clark for me, baring an acceptance to USD, or money from U of O.
whoohoo! Have you heard anything about L & C? I am dying to know if they will give me $... I really want to go there. Though Willamette rocks as well. Same position, $ from Willamette, none (yet) from L & C.
I think you will be good on Lewis and Clark. No one above a 160 has been rejected as of yet. Good luck, and I hope to be attending school with you next year. I think I have to go with L and C if I don\\\'t get into U of O or San Diego. 30k is a lot of money, but not that much in the grand scheme of things.
