Additional info & updates

I've changed my mind about law school. My fianc and I think I might as well get a law degree if I can do it for free. :) So, my fianc (chadfowler) and I are looking for the best fit for both of us.

12/15/08 -- Several updates: in at WashU and UCLA. Persnal phone call from the Dean of Admissions at UCLA. Chad and I visited WashU last week and Janet Bolin personally drove us around St. Louis in her car. Cool experience, but I don't think we'll move to Missouri.

11/13/08 -- Duke acceptance via email

11/02/08 -- UT Chancellor's Scholarship (full tuition and fees) via snail mail

10/29/08 -- Acceptance phone call from Texas (I got into law school!)

Good to hear from you and congrats on your cycle so far. UT is definitely the goal if they accept me, even sans scholarship. I agree totally about going for free, especially since both of you got the same offer. It'll always benefit you in life to have a JD, and you can always have kids later, right?

Probably OU, considering the scholarship. Though if BC lets me in, that would be tough to turn down...

...still waiting on UT and UH to get back to me. Congrats on Chicago and Cornell, by the way.
