is your scholarship from south carolina per year, and are you a resident of SC? just wondering because i got a scholarship like that, but it's because i'm out of state...congrats though, that's great!

Columbia?

Are you familiar with the Columbia area? If so, could you possibly shed some insight on the school/town for someone who's never been? I'm going to admitted students day in March but would love to hear other opinions before then. Your name especially piqued my interest... South Carolina makes me think of Strom Thurmond and the confederate flag debate - is it a decent place for those who are used to living in fairly liberal areas?

Thanks so much! That's especially good to know about the law building. Good luck with the rest of your cycle. Maybe I'll see you in the fall. :)

Wow! Thanks for the heads up and I will definately be calling tomorrow. I was sort of wondering why it had been three weeks and the waitlist stuff still hasn't arrived. Best of luck with your cycle!

Yep, computer error with me too. Was told that they hoped to get a decision to me shortly.

I heard back less than a month after I went complete. I think your numbers should get you in there, so not hearing probably is a good sign.

Hi. I noticed we have a similar index for W&M. Have you heard any news from them about the waitlist or had any contact? Trying to figure out how they will handle this large WL, lol.
