I think I am an anxious applicant due to the fact that I have applied to law schools from all four tiers. Let's see how this cycle pans out...

11.20.08 - Interviewed at Pace Law today.

11.20.08 - Rejected from Fordham via online status checker. Received a thin envelope in the mail from the school a week later.

12.16.08 - Rejected from BC via regular mail. They sent it to my permanent address for some reason even though every other school has sent their mail to my local address. My mom therefore notified me of the decision.

12.18.08 - Accepted to Pace Law via e-mail!!! Man, it feels SO good to get my first acceptance. According to the e-mail, I will be receiving a formal acceptance package in the mail sometime in the new year.

12.19.08 - Rejected from Ohio State via regular mail.

01.09.09 - Rejected from Northeastern via regular mail. Ugh, rejections suck.

01.13.09 - Accepted to New England Law via phone call.

01.14.09 - Accepted to Albany Law with a $25,000/year merit scholarship! Crikey that's a lot of money! I can keep the scholarship for the subsequent 2 years provided that my cumulative GPA at the end of each academic year results in a class rank above the 50th percentile.

01.23.09 - Rejected from BU via regular mail. No surprise there. It was a reach school for me.

01.26.09 - Got a letter from New England Law today offering me a $15,000/year Dean's Scholarship.

02.03.09 - Accepted to New York Law via regular mail.

02.08.09 - Rejected from Cardozo via regular mail.

02.23.09 - I got into UConn today and I am SO happy!!

02.28.09 - Accepted to Suffolk Law via regular mail.

03.02.09 - Pace Law sent me a letter today offering me a $15,000/year scholarship.

03.16.09 - Waitlisted at Villanova via e-mail.

04.11.09 - Rejected from St. John's via regular mail.

04.25.09 - Waitlisted at Quinnipiac via regular mail.

You and I seem to have been complete the longest at Villanova. My status checker has said complete since September but I haven't gotten so much as an email from them.I even emailed the Dean to see what was going on. Is this the same for you too?
