Well, I grew up in Michigan, and I am in love with the climate and geography out here. Plus, I'm going to get my JD/MBA and get my own gig rolling eventually. So, only matters to a certain degree where I attend, as far as prestige is concerned.
I got the can from NYU yesterday and I see you didn't fare so well at Georgetown. Who needs 'em? At least we are both still incredibly good looking. Right?
Does this absence of the other schools mean that you decided to go to Hastings?

Well, that's certainly a reason.....but maybe I'm just slow, not sure how what schools you applied to reveals one's identity. Nice, you grew up in SB? That had to spoil ya! haha. Yes, it's gorgious here, but after law school, I can only live here if I'm going to be up on the mesa or the riviera. I'm too jealous of those sic pads not to have one!

the word is that you were a Kaplan student and that i know who you are. hahaha. well, then again, you probably know me as i was at the desk nearly every night. where are you leaning to so far?? i'm thinking hastings, but am waiting for the other schools i applied to still.
You are getting a lot of waitlists! I just got two myself. We'll see how that goes. But at the moment, it looks like I'll be going to Hastings. I'm visiting in a week, I'll see if I like it. And freaken Berkeley...rejecting all of us.
Well, I really don't know. Obviously, if it came down to Harvard, Yale, Cornell, something Ivy, I'd almost definitely go. But if it's down to like BC, for example, I'd really have to think if it'd be worth driving a UHaul across the country and living through snow. It's hard to say, really. What about you? Is ND the only waitlist you care about? Or would you leave CA for somewhere else?
Yeah, I know what you mean about the sample population but once you figure out how to use this thing it's pretty cool. It's nice to see the timeline between when people apply and when they get accepted. Way to go on Hastings by the way.
