Yeah I was there. I'll be there for law school, too. Just waiting on some scholarship money now. Good luck with your decision

I retook it because I knew going into it the first time that I wasn't at my best. I made a poor decision, but given that the ABA changed their policy, I knew that if I could do even a little better my options would improve. The second time I did every question I could get my hands on and read every explained answer. I also took 2 full practices tests per day for the week leading up to the exam. I was much more confident, and I was scoring in the area I wanted to be. I would suggest retaking it if you can get your scores where you want them consistently on practice tests.

Actually, if you get into UVA you should definitely go. Otherwise consider retaking if you think you can do a lot better. I passed up a number of low T1 schools (UF, UMD), so it's very much a risk reward.

I would assume all week, and then another wave after April 15th and throughout the summer. I really doubt they are anywhere near being finished handing out money.

Surely you are going to Wake if UVA and Wash & Lee don't turn out?

Found this on another board today... "I received a call yesterday from someone at WFU asking what my plans were. She seemed genuinely to regret that she could not offer me a financial package, because there simply was no more merit scholarship cash available. Since I've been accepted elsewhere with generous merit scholarships, she withdrew my application."

Well, I got an e-mail over the weekend saying they awarded the Hearn, Rose and Smith/Shaver scholarships. I'm guessing a few more open up after April 15, but yeah, we are probably going to pay full cost. Oh well, maybe they will give us some when we are top 10% after our 1l! Good luck and congrats on making a decision!
