Additional info & updates

UPDATE oh snap! In at American. Now if only Columbia could be tricked into taking me so that the decision b/w davis and american would stop plaguing me with anxiety

Have begun seriously considering Davis as I am losing faith in WCL. Other potential King Hall students.... should we start a facebook group for the 2010 class??

I put in my first $200 deposit to hold my place at DePaul only b/c my best friend will be going to Chicago to attend the art institute and my partner is still wait listed at IIT... but I will most likely not be willing, in the end, to give up some of my better options to attend DePaul. We'll see.

I don't understand no matter how much I sweat AU they just don't give me what I want and need.

wl at columbia such an amazing surprise. I applied late and just b/c they sent a nice letter w/ fee waiver encouraging me to apply. Does anyone have any tips or advice or info on whether I really seriously have a chance???

I have emailed an admissions counselor to let them know that I will defer a true commitment to my other schools as long as possible, but it is starting to feel like a snub and have begun giving more serious thought to Davis (ranked higher) and other schools which gave me good money. Thank you for the boost though!! I hope they do take me off...

I graduated in December so I had no updated grades from them...I just received a letter in the mail stating that I was accepted. Hope everything works out

I just saw your note, and sorry about the delayed response. I was right on the bubble with UW, which was disappointing because UW is my alma mater, but I'm prettty much bound to Seattle because of family commitments. Best of luck with AU and Columbia. I was accepted to Columbia for a History PhD a few years ago, before I decided to study law.

Isnt waiting on WCL torturous? I wish they would just let us know already.
