numbers improved after the December retake / fall grades. I will post the final stats once the cycle is over

Scholarship info. is for three years combined

01/23 - got the acceptance call from Alabama (status checker went to "decision made" on 1/20)

01/28 - went "under review" at UIUC. hopefully its a quick decision
02/05 - In via status check / email this morning
02/09 - Got the acceptance packet today with a nice scholarship

02/10 - went "In Review" at UMN. didn't write the WHY UMN essay so a waitlist wouldn't be too surprising

2/16 - went to decision on Cornell's status checker but no e-mail. Most likely a rejection or reserve.
2/19 - Turns out to be a reserve.

2/18 - Acceptance e-mail from GW. I was able to log in to the Admitted Students Site yesterday so knew this was coming
2/23 - Acceptance Packet but no $$ info

2/18 - First rejection from UT - Austin via snail mail. Wasn't a big fan of the school but still...

2/24 - wait listed at UVA via e-mail

2/25 - decision sent at Vanderbilt
2/28 - another waitlist

2/27 - wait listed at Michigan

2/28 - In at ND via snail mail

3/03 - In at Wash U via email.
- also withdrew from UMN and alabama today.

Barring any miraculous waitlist action for me, I will be at WUSTL this fall!

on Alabama !!!!.....looks like we are almost twin on numbers, and have applied to many of the same schools !!! I think you will have great choices...good luck with this cycle...

Congrats on Illinois! I'm still waiting for a final decision from them, and with how great a school it appears to be, hopefully it'll be good news. But about Iowa, I'm damn excited! Hope you get some more good news, too!
