Additional info & updates

I am open to any comments about other schools where I may be competitive. I have good soft factors, wouldn't say amazing. They definetly help cushion my lower-than-I-would-like LSAT.

I think you will get in to Rutgers and Penn State. Fordham is a reach, as it is for me, but we can still try! Seton Hall is right in our range---i think we'll get in but surely without any special $$ offers. Regarding Rutgers, I am a bit surprised they got back to me so quick, considering that I am basically their median student. Perhaps they are way more efficient that your typical state school. I haven't gotten a letter in the mail from them yet, just an email. Anyway, my soft factors have some leadership experience and some okay awards, but I think I just submitted my app at the right time. Good luck to you, and like I said, you should like your chances at Rutgers.

rutgers notified my by email and then sentout a larger packet. What's your 1st choice. Looks like we are both similar numbers without the benefit of being a minrity. Well best of luck.

No, I don't even know how to log into their Isis system. I received my acceptance by mail. Good luck!

Out of the ones I have been accepted to so far, I would go to maryland. I would also look at rutgers, UNC, temple, and villanova. Do you think schools outside of my area would hold up in the Philadelphia area. By the way I have heard a lot of great things about Fordham.

Syracuse

Yes, Syracuse's scholarship offer arrived the day after their admissions packet did and it came in just a regular Syracuse envelope. It also was dated for a day later, so it looks like it arrived in order. In looking at other people that got into Syracuse and appear to have received the same scholarship as me, some of them received the offer in their packet and others didn't get it until a couple of days after they got accepted. Hope that helps, let me know if there's anything else I can answer, and good luck with the rest of your cycle.

thanks and congrats!
