i am not sure. i believe i did that for rutgers camden but not rutgers newark. dont ask me why, becasue it doesnt make any sense to me. it looks like though you would be a good candidate for the special consideration program. honestly, they are really nice at rutgers and if my wife did not want to move to chicago i would love to go there.
Congrats on IU-Indy! I am still waiting to hear from them. Did you get a letter or a phone call? I am curious to chat with someone who has been accepted. The wait is killing me! :)
