Holy crap man. I'm figuring that this is probably you Jordan.. but eh. Congrats on Mercer. I really need to start hearing from schools again so I stop checking sites like this.

I hate getting waitlisted. It's starting to get annoying.. especially when a school that sent you a fee waiver does it. Bah. Anywho.. yea. We've applied to a few of the same schools and I noticed the name which is why I was guessing this was yours. I was attempting to be somewhat secretive with mine but I figure it doesn't really matter anymore. Hopefully we both get more good news soon.

Congrats on getting waitlisted too!! I'm assuming you are definitely staying on the waitlist for them, right? Here's for hoping we both hear from ASU soon.. and that it's better news than what I got from my alma mater. USC actually tacked on a paragraph about how they give extra consideration for their alums.. so it's like great, they gave me more consideration and still rejected me! Oh wells. Oh! And I decided not to put off law school for a year. I'm getting too old as it is! I'm turning freaking 23 in a little over a week. But yea, congrats again on U of A!!!

Did you go to ASU or UofA? Good luck on your waitlists. I am surprised that your GPA didn't bump you into a few more schools.

I just found out today that I got rejected from UCLA, so that pretty much leaves me only waiting to hear back from ASU. As of now I'm trying to decide between Santa Clara and Case Western. Both choices kind of freak me out since they put me so far away from where I really want to end up. So I don't know. I hope you hear good things from SCU and ASU. The waiting sucks but rejection hurts worse though... ha.

Me too!! Bummer. I was trying to figure out a way to avoid the cold in Cleveland without going to a patent crazy law school (Santa Clara). By the way, I'm thinking you'll hear from them soon since their second seat deposit is due on June 1 and they might be just waiting to see who pays that. Good luck!! And let me know what you decide.

I'm not really sure, I keep going back and forth between SCU and Case Western. Case is ranked a lot higher and they have an entertainment law type program (law and the arts). That's what I got the scholarship for. But it's alllll the way in Cleveland which is super far from CA, most specifically LA, which is where I want to practice law cuz it has the entertainment business. So I'm not sure if it makes sense to move to Ohio. But SCU only offers one entertainment law class, and it's on a Saturday with the professor flying up from LA to teach it. They are just more focused on the patent side of IP law. So I'm really not sure what I should do. My parents want me to go to Case though. If SCU comes through for you, are you going to go there over Nebraska? Or are you going to try and just hold out for ASU and U of A?

Sorry about that man. But who knows, if I end up turning them down you could possibly get my spot. Oh and I guess congratulations are in order. Congrats on your engagement. I'm heading to Cleveland on Thursday to go to Case Western's accepted student day. We'll see if that makes up my mind.

Hey, I just realized that my post could possibly be interpreted as me saying you'd only get a spot at SCU if I turned mine down. And I didn't mean it like that at all. So I'm sorry if that came out wrong. I just heard that one of my friends from school who had the same LSAT and GPA as me, but who isn't an AZ resident, just got accepted to ASU. AHH!! Not fair. She is turning it down though. I have no idea where I'm going. I honestly can't decide. Are you set on Nebraska? We should catch up some time before we both head off to wherever we're going.
