hi, when did you apply to southern, i applied last year around thanksgiving, and still nothing..did they offer you any scholarships?
I sent off my Southern app at the beginning of January '10. The admission rep said they start reviewing apps after Feb. 25th. You may want to call. Unfortunately, no scholarship offers thus far.
Just saw acceptance to FCSL via application status checker. God is good!
I see you man! congratulations on everything. Is it gonna be FCSL or Southern? downtown orlando seems a bit nicer than baton rouge...

Thank you...I'm going with Southern because unfortunately I have to heavily consider tuition/cost of living. True, FL is a lot nicer. Crazied4law999, I have looked online at a few nice apartment complexes with gated communities. Im visiting a few days during the week of May 02nd so maybe I can find some nice places then. If you all know of any bad areas around the city/school I need to know about please fill me in and vice versa. Good luck y'all!

applied to NCCU back around Jan. or Feb.--still no decision via mail or web. Left messages at admission office and still no response. Whats up with that?

Checked the mail for two weeks awaiting a reply from FAMU--nothing came. I packed for Spring Break and ironically before leaving my apartment I checked the mail and found a acceptance from FAMU and Southern University! God is awesome! They may not be Harvard or Yale but for me, considering my score, they are some good options!
