Additional info & updates

3.05.09- Ummmm...Waitlisted at STCL kind of surprised after it took so long for them to begin processing applications. Oh well I was going to withdraw anyways.

2.16.09- received an email from Miami saying I have a scholarship but the amount is being sent snail mail.

2.10.09- So today one of my friends who went to American for undergrad told me the average rent is $1,100 a mo/ for rent...that hurt in Texas maybe 500 something. I think imma do more research on Miami.

2.05.09- I think American is still my top choice even though I know nothing about D.C. So if you have any comments or advice please share.

2.04.09- 25,000 scholarship to Loyola a yr as long as i maintain my gpa.

1.30.09- In at Loyola via status checker, also said I was granted a scholarship. I guess I will have to wait for the mail to see exactly how much.

1.26.09- OMG!! In at American they sent letter priority mail in a large envelope definitely a top choice for me.

1.15.09- In at Miami via email acceptance letter in the mail.

12.29.08- GOD is good I scored a 151 and that is good enough for me cuz I can't sit through that test again!

12.09.08- I decided to go ahead and apply even though I am still waiting on the results of the dec. LSAT hopefully I did better than the oct.

On American and all your other acceptances! One of my really good friends goes there and she LOVES American, and the connections are ridiculous. Congrats again =)

Thanks

I've decided to attend Catholic becasue I don't want to wait until the summer to see if I get accepted from the waitlist. American would've been my first choice though. The waitlist seems like it might have be long shot anyway. Thanks again!

Congrats on your cycle! I live in DC and the rent is expensive. I love living here and I am waiting to her from Howard too. Maybe we will be classmates.

Congrats

Wow - congrats on your success! When you looked at Loyola NOLA via status checker, did it indicate your were accepted or did it say decision rendered or anything relative?

Have you decided where you will attend? Loyola is a really good school in a much cheaper market (comparable to Texas I am sure). It's not fun paying $1100 for a one bedroom - believe me - I am in LA and thats exactly what I am doing! Though in the end, you should choose the school and location that is best suited to your ambitions. Congrats!
