Thanks for the support. I believe things will work out for you. As far as representing the purple and black, it's getting kind of hard these days with them losing to the Warriors and all :( but I can't give up on my boys.
I do not know the difference between waitlist and deferral...I just figured that because it didn't say "waitlist" that it was something else. I just got back from Oregon/Washington and I really fell in love with Oregon. Though I would prefer to stay in Cali, I would be ecstatic to get into L&C..However, if I get into U of O, USF(Special Admissions), or Hastings(via LEOP), or U of P, I will gladly remove myself from consideration at L&C (assuming I'm lucky/fortunate enough to get accepted). The Michigan decision really had nothing to do with my decision to apply to more "Universities." These were mostly my reach schools, plus I thought I might stand a better chance by applying to schools outside of California. I too am wondering if I would have stood a better chance of getting in if I applied earlier.It was kind of unavoidable, because one of my letter writers took forever in submitting his letter. Also, I actually took the December LSAT, but cancelled my score immediately after I learned my files would not have been complete until mid-March. Figured I should just go with what I had. Good luck to you, and let me know what happens for you, especially at L&C...who knows, maybe we'll see each other there.
I just got an email yesterday too from USF. Do you think they might offer any money this late in the game? Congrats, and i'm sure you'll make a good decision. Right now, mine is between Santa Clara and San Fran. if they give me dough.
