I feel your pain

I consider myself to be a competent writer. For some reason, though, these law school essays are especially challenging. I think it is mental, like when you get nervous talking to someone your trying to impress. I definitely think you can overthink it and get wrapped around the axel. I'm not thrilled with my PS, but it works and I'm sick of editing it... Good luck. With your numbers, the PS is not going to be a huge factor anyway...

hey, i applied to FT only, but i'm okay with the deferral - i didn't expect to get in there anyway! good luck with all of your schools! you're probably going to have a lot of acceptances!

my file should be complete -- i have all of my letters in and everything -- so i thought it was strange that i hadn't heard anything from them yet. i haven't heard anything from USC either! and yes, i decided to choose one of either BC or BU because i was already applying to so many others. i went to a jesuit school for undergrad, hence the attraction to BC. i might give them a call this week to make sure everything is OK with my application. thanks for your help....and best of luck this cycle!!

Thanks. I got a call about the GW acceptance a few days after Christmas, and I got the acceptance packet and a seperate letter detailing the scholarship yesterday. I am considering it, but I am going to wait out the rest of the cycle to see if I get merit/need aid at any of the other schools. Good luck!

top choices

Out of my options right now, it's probably between Cornell, Vandy, or GW. It's hard to narrow down right now! Congrats on your acceptances so far! Any idea what your first choice is?

Thanks

Thanks! Looks like we have similar numbers. Congrats on the scholarship from Temple! Are you leaning toward any particular school?
