01/14/08 - Accepted at Tulsa. Man it feels great to know I will be going to law school in the fall! Really like Tulsa, they were definitely in my top choices going into this process. Came in a standard white envelope.

01/26/08 - Officially done with applications. Ten schools is more than enough.

02/03/08 - THE GIANTS WON THE SUPER BOWL! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

02/05/08 - Very nice phone call letting me know I am in at Southern Illinois. Go Salukis!

02/08/08 - Received a nice call from the Dean of Admissions at OCU informing me I've been accepted and I am eligible for a $14,000/year scholarship. Truly appreciate the offer. Will definitely consider going to OCU next fall.

02/21/08 - Out at Arkansas (Standard Mail).

02/28/08 - Notified by e-mail that I have been accepted to Dayton. Also, I will be receiving scholarship information in the near future. Great news!

03/07/08 - It seems like everyone in my index range is getting the big waitlist from Drake lately. It's a shame, I was interested in going there. However, with seat deposits being due shortly, I'm not going to wait around on them. Came in a standard white envelope.

03/14/08 - Received acceptance package in the mail from Dayton which included a 7k/yr scholarship.

03/27/08 - Called OU to check the status of my file...apparently my ding got lost in the mail as it was sent out almost 3 weeks ago. Oh well.

03/28/08 - Waitlisted at Creighton. Won't be waiting on them. At this point, I'm fairly confident I'll be at Tulsa in the fall. I really like what they have going on there, and I feel that is the best option for me. I'm going to be withdrawing most of my other remaining pending/accepted applications very soon.

03/28/08 - Although I will end up at Tulsa, I just want to say Southern Illinois was up there right until the very end. They were very friendly and kept me up-to-date on their school with numerous e-mails and mailings. If you're considering Southern Illinois, I don't think you could go wrong by choosing them!

Tulsa it is! I am very happy with my choice and extremely grateful for the opportunity Tulsa has given me. Good luck to everyone reading this!

5/12/08 - Just a quick update, received an e-mail today informing me that my file has been re-evaluated and I have now been awarded a $10k/yr scholarship! Awesome news!
