Does anyone know what the index column means or indicates?
The index is a way that schools/people can look at both your LSAT and GPA at the same time. Depending on how the schools weights the scores you will have a different index. The formula is: index=(GPA*weight)+(LSAT*weight)+Constant You can find the weights and the constants at: https://os.lsac.org/release/MyDocuments/mydocs_AdmissionIndex.aspx I hope that helps. rejected at UGA via status checker...bummer
Yes, I received my letter sometime in mid-November.
I noticed on my status checker that a decision letter had been sent on the 21st. I called them on the 26th and asked if they could tell me what the decision was. Since I am in London, I had not received it yet. She congratulated me and said I was accepted!!!!!!!!!! the first acceptance feels great.
I'm very excited about my acceptance to Mercer...thanks fot the congrats! I can't wait until this madness is over!!! Best wishes to you.
Hi again! I applied to GSU on 1-17 so I'm not even showing up on the status checker yet. I received an email from them yesterday about an IP scholarship...did you get that one?

I really don't think you can go wrong with Mercer. I'd be happy there, too. :)
I'm on the WL there too. How did you find out about your WL rejection?
