10-25-10 JOHN MARSHALL status changed to decision mailed out.

10-27-10 Haven't received anything in the mail yet from JOHN MARSHALL, but started receiving e-mails regarding financial aid that say things like "Dear newly admitted student" "Congratulations on your acceptance" etc. etc. Assuming I'm in? Great news, just waiting on the letter to confirm!

10-28-10 In at COOLEY via snail mail- 75% honors scholarship for all 3 years! Still nothing in the mail from JMLS?

11-01-10 Official Acceptance Letter from JOHN MARSHALL with $24,000 scholarship!

11-04-10 DEPAUL says "Thanks, but no thanks" via e-mail. Oh well.

11-11-10 I deferred my acceptance at JOHN MARSHALL from beginning this January, to begining next fall. Met with one of the Deans, very nice, no questions asked. Glad I applied for the January semester, but glad I won't be starting anywhere until August.

11-18-10 Accepted to SUFFOLK via snail mail. Small, thin, white envelope, I was sure it was a rejection letter- but was pleasantly surprised upon opening it!

11-22-10 Accepted to VALPARAISO via voicemail- admissions packet followed in the mail that evening. Accepted to NEW ENGLAND via snail mail- large envelope.

11-29-10 Accepted to TOLEDO via snail mail. Acceptance letter was sent to my permanent address (parents' house).

11-29-10 Waitlisted at STETSON via e-mail.

11-29-10 Waitlisted at MSU via status checker, my application will be re-reviewed in mid February.

12-2-10 Snail mail from MSU confirming waitlist status. Asks for any additional materials that may support addmitance.

12-7-10 WAYNE STATE status checker changed to "Decision Letter Mailed".

12-10-10 Rejected at CHICAGO-KENT via status checker.

12-10-10 Accepted at NORTHERN ILLINOIS via voicemail on my cell phone. Acceptance packet to follow in the mail.

12-10-10 Accepted to WAYNE STATE via snail mail- small white envelope.

1-26-11 Accepted off the waitlist at STETSON via e-mail, admissions packet to follow in the mail!

1-28-11 Accepted to LOYOLA CHICAGO via e-mail! I received the acceptance e-mail around 4 pm on Friday, and the status checker did not change to "decision made" until Saturday, odd. Also, the status checker says they will not release decisions by e-mail, but it seems that is how everyone is hearing from them. Strange, yet wonderful!

2-3-11 Accepted to MICHIGAN STATE via voicemail! Status checker was changed to 'admitted'.

Wow!! You were already let in off the waitlist at MSU?? CONGRATS!! MSU is my top choice at this point...did you send in any additional letters or anything to get accepted? Congrats on so many acceptances - do you have a first choice among where you've been admitted already?
