I just got an e-mail from the Associate Dean of Admissions with a CONGRATS. I should receive my information this week. It didn't mention anything about a JumpStart program....what is that exactly? Congrats to you also!
I actually hope that even if that isn't what my letter says, I hope it could be an option. My wife finishes school in May, and I would love to relocate as quickly as possible. Good Luck!

UMD admissions says people are contacted with offers on the waitlist by phone strating in may and... IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY WERE PUT ON THE WAITLIST (order in which they sent in their green form once they were told they were on the waitlist) so it is ranked...by date...not any otehr factor.. your pretty early so im sure you have good shot
