to you too. :-) I'm in the same boat as you--one acceptance so far so I'm not going to withdraw from any schools until I have more options. Catholic is high on my list so I'm hoping I hear from them soon...the wait is agonizing, huh?

Yes, I found out via snail-mail: three sheets, one white and two purple. Thus, if you see purple through the envelope, feel slightly disappointed but not quite hopeless (waitlisted).

Well, I'll expect my rejection from DePaul today then...blah. On your part, it's their loss. And yeah, chicago is too cold. Ha.

Yeah, it said the same thing. They sent me three complete notices within an hour. I'm assuming it was a technical glitch on their part. ;-)

Looks like one of the people who was complete the same day as us at Catholic (TXKAT32) got her waitlist last Friday. Since mine didn't come Friday or Saturday, I'm crossing my fingers that that means there'll be an acceptance today or tomorrow!

Yeah, but no money when you are admitted from the waitlist. I'm going to send in my continued interest but there is virtually no way I could afford it, even if by some miracle i was admitted from the 500 people on the waitlist. Some years they only admit 10 from the list...I've got to start being realistic, I suppose.

The admissions lady calls you to offer you a spot. She said she was going through her first round of offers on the waitlist now that spots have opened up. They had told me I was on their preferred waitlist so I am assuming they go through their preferred waitlist and then go on to the next waitlist. I withdrew and told her that I was going to apply to schools again next year. Anyways, good luck!
