did your letter say "provisional list"? thats what mine said. i dont know if this means deferred or waitlisted? it says they will review my file again in its ENTIRETY and that I am able to send other materials if I feel it will help my cause. I took this to mean waitlist because it says they will wait to see if anyone turns down admission because they target 180 students per class. However, since, they are going to review my file again, could that also mean I am deferred? I ask you this because I am wondering if your waitlist letter said the same thing or something different. In any case, good luck!

Got rejected at ND today. I was so sad.. Let's hope that your waitlist works out to a better end than mine.
So much is still up in the air? Right now, considering only thoase schools I have heard from, IU, Wake, and U. Kentucky are my top choices. Notre Dame is my preferred school though so I am hoping the waitlist works out in my favor. What are your thoughts on Indiana and ND as one familiar with the area?
I was really excited about the L&C acceptance. I'm also getting over the ND rejection.. the fact that I get to move out of South Bend is starting to settle in -- no more nothingness! With the exception of MSU, all the schools I've applied to are in actual cities. I really hope all the accecptances start rolling in for you starting Monday morning. This waiting is the hardest part.

I finally got off the waitlist at DePaul, but only for the PT program. Yuck. I can't believe that you are still waiting to hear from schools too.
i'm leaning very much towards NDLS. I've thus far been very impressed with what I've learned of the school, plus the alumni network here in Los Angeles has already shown itself to be expansive. I still cross my fingers w.r.t. Michigan however. Good luck with the ND waitlist!
I decided to go with UCLA, I told ND that I withdrew yesterday, so hopefully my ND spot goes to you and soon...
Congrats on Indiana! Are you a senior at ND? I graduated in 02. Im not really sure what to make of the ND letter, cant really figure out if its waiting list or deferred, basically they said they would put me on their list to be reviewed again. I visited NDs law school on Tuesday, is that your top choice?
