Additional info & updates

10/19: Under review at Berkeley, plus Harvard interview email. Here we go...

10/22: JR1

11/3: Complete at NYU, only 8 weeks after submitting...

11/23: In at Harvard! Wheeah!

12/1: In at Berkeley by a (missed, belatedly returned) phone call.

12/7: Came home to a big purple envelope from NYU.

12/11: Got a phone call from Stanford! Totally caught me off guard.
EDIT: And a phone call from Yale!! Holy mackerel this is the best day ever. I'm also going to be completely useless for the rest of the day.

3/30: Decision made (a few weeks ago) in favor of Stanford.

Congrats on making your final decision! Anything in particular push you to SLS over the other two of the big three? I suppose I'll be seeing you there this fall!

Stanford?
Wednesday, September 16 2009 at 08:00 PM

I echo Kretzy's question. Why Stanford? I know you live/work in the area. Was that the deciding factor? See you at SLS in the fall.
