You have such a strong GPA, it would be a shame if you didnt consider (if you can) retaking the LSAT. Study for a few months and really try to raise your score. I know how tough it can be. Good luck in your cycle!

Hey bud, Just wanted to drop you a line and say hi. I will also be attending RWU Law in the fall. I am ex-Coast Guard and will be moving from Texas. I am finally finishing my degree at 30 years of age.

Thank you, I know that a better LSAT would open more doors but I am actually very happy with RWU - out of all of the schools above (all of which I have visited), I honestly liked it the most. The other thing is that I think my professional and academic history is very strong and I feel a strong loyalty to a school that would so quickly see through one score. Good luck to you as well!

Awesome, hopefully us older folks will be in the same section! I am actually separating from the military the week before orientation and will be staying in Connecticut and driving everyday. I will be turning 29 right after we start. My email is mboardmanusn@aol.com - let me know if you need any assistance from someone who is already in the area.

That would be nice. I actually applied for the housing they offer. I am not going to have an opportunity to get up that way until the first day of orientation, so I figured that would be by safest option.

Thank you. I still have nothing official, I found out via a phone call with the Dean of admissions.

RWU Question
Friday, December 06 2013 at 09:03 PM

If you don't mind me asking, I'm wondering if you wrote an addendum about your LSAT score, I'm very set on attending RWU and have a high GPA, but am expecting a low LSAT score. Congrats on your acceptances!

RWU Question
Monday, June 17 2013 at 03:24 PM

Sorry that I am late to answer this, I haven't been on here in a while. I did write an addendum for my LSAT for Suffolk, UCONN, NESL, and BU. I didn't write one for RWU, but I was in constant communication with the admissions department and they knew the circumstances of my score.
