9/21 Fee waiver from Hamline!

10/8 taking the LSAT tomorrow. Sent in an application to Cooley.

10/30 LSAT results..ouch

11/8 so i'm complete at all of my schools that I am really interested in. I will not be retaking the LSAT this cycle due to my career, so I will see how I do with my numbers.

11/22 waiting...waiting...and still waiting. I have decided to hold off on NESL since it isn't too high on my list (and not worth the $70 application fee at this point).

Yeah, I havent visited there but I was at first slightly worried that having the large amount of schools in the twin cities area may hurt my chances of getting a job after law school. Hamline isnt a top choice due to that and it's price... but it is in the running. I need to reevaluate the rankings I have for myself. I am looking FT anywhere I go because I dont want to be in LS forever... granted I know that may hurt my chances slightly.

Part Time and free applications

Boston College has a website that lists all schools with part-time law programs. It's http://www.bc.edu/offices/careers/gradschool/law/parttime.html . Also, quite a few schools don't charge application fees (and I'm sure many of them are on BC's list of part-time programs). The schools I know of that don't charge application fees are: U of Illinois, Washington & Lee, George Mason, U Utah, Case Western, Baylor, Brooklyn, Loyola Chicago, Chicago Kent, U of the Pacific, Cleveland State, New York Law School, U of Akron, U of Arkansas Little Rock, U of Toledo, Florida Coastal, Golden Gate, John Marshal, and University of Tulsa. Also, you can always email school's admissions offices and request a fee waiver. Hope this helps! (fee waivers were a huge factor in deciding which applications I sent out!). Good luck with your cycle!
