With the money Wake is offering you, it certainly makes for a tough decision! Good luck..

Campbell Questions
Sunday, November 15 2009 at 07:00 PM

I withdrew from Campbell using the online decline seat page as the acceptance letter suggested. However, I am continuing to get e-mail from them regarding admitted students day, etc. Has this happened to you as well? I am wondering if I should follow up with an e-mail indicating that I am withdrawing. Any thoughts???

Withdrawal ?/ Nevermind

They did eventually update my status to indicate that I withdrew. So no need to respond to my earlier questions. Good luck with your remaining schools!

Campbell scholly/Decisions

Congrats on the Full Campbell Scholarship!! Yeah it is a relief to have made a decision. I did pay my deposit at UNC, and am feeling good about my decision. I must admit though that my curiosity won't let me withdraw from the Duke waitlist just yet. You have a lot of great options and scholly money from several school. Are you any closer to a decision???

I thought Campbell was great! The facilities are right in the heart of downtown Raleigh and the admissions staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. For me, I decided on UNC b/c of the possibility of my family moving to another location in the southeast shortly after graduation. I just felt that UNC had more reach in the region than Campbell. Besides, the money that I was offered from Campbell made it around the same price as UNC (not significantly less as I was hoping). But from what I have been told, Campbell is a great option,if you want to remain in-state. Plus, if you got a full ride, it makes it even harder to pass up! I also think only paying 8,000 a year at Wake is worth your strong consideration. If we lived closer to that area, Wake would certainly be high on my list! Anyway that's my two cents. Good luck deciding..I am sure you will do well no matter where you end up:)
