What an incredibly ignorant comment your-critic made! That person speaks for idiot suburbanites in Oregon, for sure. That's why Oregon has half as much culture as SF.

I sent my app to BU on 2/1, and they gave me their waiting-list letter on 4/7. SF seems like a nice place. Glad I live there :).

There are differences between all lenders, be sure to investigate on your own. Remember that you are not limited to "The Access Group" or "T.H.E." -- you can pick any lender you want. Do your homework, because you will be paying them for the next few decades.
