hiya, Good job with cornell. And I had thought that they were done sending out acceptances for this cycle! Your index is at a 3.4, so hopefully I'll have at least a small prayer at 3.3.

I got an email. It also said a letter is on the way. In addition, when I logged into the application status check a few days ago, my status had gone to Decision and I had access to the admitted students discussion board.

Thank you! Congratulations to you, too, on your own wonderful acceptances. The "H" means that I have ordered the schools but that I have hidden those numbers because that ordering system is for my own personal use. You can do the same within your own profile controls. Hope that sheds some light.

Duke sent me a letter regarding the waitlist. I think I got it on March 21st. I liked Texas too, but it looks like I'll probably head elsewhere. Good luck to you!

I got into the JD/MA Lit, but chances are slim to none that I'll take Duke over UVa if I decide to go that route.

It was a combination of the money and falling in love with the school and realizing that it was perfect for what I was going to law school for. :o) Prestige isn't everything... it really only matters if you're going into BigLaw or academia. Have you made your choice yet?
