Additional info & updates

I don't know if my lsat score will hurt my chances of getting in. I am hoping a strong GPA in a tough major is something that can compensate for a low lsat score.

Any suggestions are welcome

I got into Franklin Pierce!!

It's a done deal. I am going on to become a patent lawyer, and so a school that is ranked 6th in the country for Intellectual property is golden. Thanks for all the help everyone, good luck to you.

I'm not a URM, but I could be considered a non-traditional student, since I grew up in a non-English speaking country and I have an extensive work experience in a non-law-related field.

Good Luck!

I think it should count for something. I hope you played up your academic experience and GPA in your personal statement. Combine that with possible URM related issues and I'm sure you have a great chance of getting into more schools than you think.

So glad to hear that

Looks like you're going to Law school my friend! We are accepted to the same two schools. Well, I hope the rest of your apps come in favorably.

Hi! I just got wait listed a Thomas Jefferson as well. I'm about to send them a "Letter of Continued Interest"...The problem is, I can't find my Wait List letter! =/ (I know, pretty bad). Who signed your wait list letter. Was it Beth Kransberger (?). I want to make sure I address my letter to the correct person. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Good luck with all your app.'s. Maybe I'll see you at TJ! =)

Congrats...
