Wow, congrats on the full ride at Chapman... I'm hoping to hear soon since I applied only a few days after you. They're not in my top choices, but it'd be nice just to get an acceptance and they seem to be the quickest I've applied to... Good luck with Loyola too-- I've got my fingers crossed for both of us!
Thanks for your good wishes -- I'm really ahppy with how things have worked out. Hope things are going well for you.
Hi! Thanks for the nice words. Davis is my hometown so maybe they were looking for geographic diversity. Or maybe they're still mad at me for turning them down after HS!
yeah i thought about that, thinking they would give me a scholarship, but i didn't want to take a chance on that because i might not get that much from loyola. congrats though!
we both found out today from hastings! congrats on the speedy turn around, they must really want you! We have similar numbers and are applying to 4 of the same schools. I want to know your thoughts on these school. Would you choose UDS over Hastings or the other way around? Where do you want to practice? I know Hastings is ranked higher but I've heard the quality of life there is miserable, very competitive and no comradery. I think I want to practice in San Diego and I've been told USD has an amazing local placement program. I'm confused with what to do, you seem to be in a very similar situation so I was curious on your thoughts and what you want to do after law school and how that's affected your decisions. Good luck!
