Hi, I just found your profile. Hang in there and try to apply to some TTTT schools in other states. Maybe even some provisional ABA schools, unless you plan on waiting another year. Remember law school is what you make of it. I don't have time to wait another year, so I move forward. Stay Strong. I'm sending you positive vibes!
Esquire21 thanks for the advice, I know I should apply to some HBCU's but I really dont want to leave California. I want to practice law in the bay area so I was under the impression that I need to go to law school in the bay area. I have my fingers crossed about Golden Gate. If I dont get in then I'll unfortuantely do another cycle. Have you decided on where you want to go to school???
@lluvcupcakes I think I'll wait another year I really dont want to leave California. But I guess beggers cant be choosers lol. Man this blows
I understand wanting to be in CA. I live in So. Cal wishing and praying to go to the bay area. Have you thought about some TTTT's in S. Cal? I recently got accepted to Western and I've seen people with lower scores then me get accepted to TJSL. Ultimately, do what's best for you! Good Luck, and stay POSITIVE!
Good Luck with Hastings. That's my number 1 choice as well. But no phone call and no emails from them. Have you checked out their site their acceptance range for 2010? The Lsat scores started as low as 142.
Wow well okay. i wish you the best of luck. To answer your question no I have not decided yet. I will wait for my admissions cycle to end and then weigh my options.
Do not feel bad about your LSAT score. I hate that exam, but I took it three times. Take it again. Good luck and I understand your frustration.
I know how you feel because this is my second cycle and three LSATs. Do not get discourage and keep trying that lsat is not correlated with your law school performance, believe me. Yes, I am planning to attend NOVA if I do not get accepted at any state university here in South Fl.
Check your messages above, I sent you one! I feel your pain. Please, hang in there, we are in the same boat.
Hey I took the LSAT 3 times, don't give up it will be worth it in they end even if it dosent feel like it now :)
I took Testmasters back in 2008. I still have the material but I also purchased items from the LSAC website. Those classes are useful if you consider yourself closer to advanced (it's a lot of info condensed into a short period). I basically wasted my money.
Well Well congrats
Hey you need to apply to some HBCU's ASAP. Florida A&M, Southern University, Texas Southern etc. Also, Contact Cooley Law school. The schools you have applied to are a stretch but if you apply to a few more you should get in. If you need any help let me know.
