I got similar #s and I got in at Pacific McGeorge (Tier 2, w/ a lil bit $), Toledo (Tier 3, full scholarship) and Cal Western (Tier 4, no $ so far). I got waitlisted at Chapman (Tier 4- go figure)... Best of luck, I think you'll be fine :) :)

I checked with Florida A&M, and when I applied on the 26th of Jan. the report was requested on the 27th. Let me know how it goes.
