I have 4 LOR. I'm waiting on the last letter to be processed. 2 are pretty good, as I had a chance to review. I am hoping they will help, especially if I am borderline in a decision.

I am a non-traditional student, graduating in May with my undergrad after having an 8yr career in hotel management. I am a SAHM with three children, 4, 3, and 10-month old. I self studied the LSATS and was disappointed with the score, having scored in the low 160's on the pt (I did 30 ). I am looking for part-time evening programs only, to uphold my family obligations during the day.

Personal statement-reflected on my journey as a second generation Korean growing up in a family run business and the lessons I learned, both easy and hard, and how I continue to apply them to my everyday life.

1/6 Confirmed acceptence via phone call to admissions office after the status changed to decision. Still waiting on large packet...to make it real.

1/8 Loyola decision made. 10-14 days to receive letter. Seriously?

1/11 DePaul large white packet came. Nothing too impressive. No $$$. Admitted students open house in March. Where's the t-shirt? Still no letter from Loyola. I called the office and she would not tell me anything.

1/14 John Marshall just went complete after 30 days. JMLS is my safety school and because I'm in a DePaul, I probably won't go to JMLS without a large large $$$. Plus, I already paid the app fee. What is going on with Kent? I thought they would have a faster turnaround.

1/15 Waitlisted at Loyola. You need to let them know by April if you accept the WL. Kinda stinks because DePaul's seat deposit is due in April too. Also, you can add an additional information about yourself. Looks like unless Kent comes back with good news DePaul will be my choice. Got a t-shirt from them yesterday. Kinda nice---but Large? My husband wears an XL and I wear a Small. Nice gesture though. Good cotton.

Has your Depaul gone complete? Good luck with Kent and Loyola. I'm waiting on both those schools before I make a decision. $$$ would be great.

Loyola's health program and antitrust is great. DePaul's international law rocks. Plus my undergrad is from DePaul. I have a good network already from DePaul which includes staff in the general counsel's office. At the end of the day $$$ will tilt my final decision. u?

I emailed the dean about a scholly, hoping to see if it was possible to get one. No such luck. Worth trying though. Depaul is a top choice. Congrats on JMLS.

I prefer going to any school in the day time. I'm leaning towards Loyola. Still waiting to hear from Kent; not expecting any $

hi, i am considering kent as a school... i originally did not have them in mind, and haven't visited or anything, but now they made me a scholarship offer that's hard to refuse. how did you choose them, and did you visit? is there anything that stood out in your mind as to why kent v. any other schools? thanks for any feedback!
