Money from SW and Loyola were expected. Can you believe after the SW full ride I actually felt robbed by Loyola that they didn't give me more? Talk about rising expectations.

2-22-07 Funny thing happened today. I received an email from USC inviting me to amounts to a diversity day. I'm thinking, cool, a chance to really check the school out, network, ect. I look at the flier and it says "no guests allowed. Faculty, staff and students only." So I think, I've heard nada from the admissions, so 1) this is a mistake, 2) they are allowing local applier's to attend, or 3) I'm in. I talk to admissions and they say, yeah, its for students only. What's your name? Well, the mail must be a day or 2 late, welcome to USC!" What a crazy way to find out! Now I have to sweat out USC vs SW $$$... I must admit by this point I was looking at my seriously splitter self, even as a "URM", and thinking, "its waitlist or nothing with my reaches..." Who would have thought...

USC gives me 60 grand merit/need! I'm doubting that UCLA even accepts me, much less giving me money, so I'm betting on being a trojan.

I have a feeling you'll be seeing quite a few acceptances.

SW gets the award for first to the finish line...and they went all out, giving me a free ride. Well, let see what Loyola, USC and UCLA say...

I have nothing to hide. Don't mind letting people know about me. If you don't want to know about me, don't read.

I would only leave CA if I hadn't gotten into UCLA or USC...I've had my east coast experience. I would look very closely at the two before deciding...it's a hard decision!

USC!!

Congrats on getting in!! This is the school I'm looking to get into for '08....any pointers? My undergrad 3.34, my major (acc) 3.01...worked excessively through school, and a lot of leadership things I've done...I think I can really kill the LSAT! I've got Kaplan, just in case... any input would be appreciated
