Additional info & updates

After 10 years out of college I decided to go back to school. I've always had an interest in law. For the past 4 years I've been a stay-at-home mom. I hope that I am up to the challenge of law school. I'm both excited and terrified at the same time.
Best of luck to every one!

I've decided to attend Stetson. Florida here I come.

Florida Coastal: $10,000 per year
John Marshall: $18,000 for all 3 years
Thomas M. Cooley 25%
St. Thomas $5,000

I went to Howard University in Washington DC. I don't know what school I want to go to yet. I keep changing my mind. However, I hope to end up in Florida.

thanks, and congrats to you

Thanks for the support, congrats on your acceptances. I'm both excited and terrified too! But since I don't know if I'll be accepted anywhere, I am most terrified.

Nova & St. Thomas??

First I just want to congratulate you. Well done!! Second, how did Nova notify you of your decision? And finally just wanted to know if you will be attending St. Thomas, I'm waitlisted at St. Thomas so it would do me a great favor if you informed them of your decision as soon as possible. Thanks.

Why NOVA?

Why was Nova your #1? I applied to 4 of your choices. I wanted Stetson over Coastal only because of the location. I ranked Coastal #1 because of their job placement, their first time bar pass rate, and the new campus.... (ever hear of Richard Montgomery High School?)

I have family and friends near Nova. Although I am unfamiliar with Jacksonville and Gulfport/Tampa I think both Stetson and Florida Coastal are great schools. I have decided to attend Stetson because I was admitted to their part-time program and that works best for me and my family. And yes, I have heard of Richard Montgomery. Seafood, beaches, warm weather. I am happy to retire my snow boots and winter coats.

Thanks and congrats to you as well! I am very excited as well. Looks like I won't be starting til the Spring though. However, I will be moving down there within the next month or so. Any suggestions on where to live? What are you doing about housing? on campus? off campus? Feel free to email me if you don't want to post your business on here.

Hey- I saw that you were admitted to Stetson! Congrats! I am hoping to be accepted there for PT but have a low LSAT. Is it any easier to be accepted fo PT?
