GOOD CYCLE, AND GOODNIGHT!

February Happenings:

1) I'm sure I was rejected from somewhere, but no motivation to look it up.
2) Great news with the 14,000 scholarship from U of A (pretty much set on that school)
3) Waiting on 3 more, but don't really care all things considered.

January Happenings:
1) As opposed to December, January has been less than inviting. At this point, I'm probably out of the running at most of the remaining schools and don't expect much.
2) Went to U of A this weekend, enjoyed it very much. Also saw ASU, less than thrilled.
3) Considering a joint degree after 1L.

December Happenings:
1) In at a lot of schools to say the least.
2) Scholarships to U Miami and Hofstra, but with their initial tuition costs and rankings they're still out of the running
3) Still none of the top 30 have come down the line. Waiting anxiously on BC, it's been a while since the EA application decisions were supposed to come out...

November Happenings:
1) Baylor Acceptance - Sit on it, let 'em sweat.
2) Final Apps going in (23 Total at this point)
3) I feel like I have an addiction to applying to law school. Every time I think I'm done I think of another school to apply to. Hey, you can't win if you don't play.

I felt the same way about apps, but then I realized that even if I got accepted to some schools I wouldn't go... Good Luck on your cycle I got an addiction to checking the status checker and my e-mail... the wait sucks

Nova, ASU, BC

How did Nova notify you? I've been "complete" since 9/29/08. I thought maybe the people in the admissions office quit. ASU- Same question for ASU. I applied ED. They've got to be the only school where ED means January. BC- I finally had to call BC to ask them if they had actually received my app. They said I've been complete since 11/14/08 but they never once sent me an email or letter stating that. When I talked to the Dean of Admissions he said they were busy with EA apps. And that all non-EA apps should be under review now that they're done reviewing EA apps. So BC is a bit behind. I suspect you should be hearing something soon from them since you were ED with them. Good Luck on the top 30!

Parents just don't understand

Tell mom it's not your fault. This waiting process will turn you into a crazy person. Well I'm just glad to know that my apps didn't just get tossed away, and it's not me...it's the school. At least that's what I'll tell myself. Thanks!
