Merit-based fee waivers for Columbia, Georgetown, Duke, Michigan and Penn.

3/26/08- Withdrawing from Duke, NYU, Berkeley and Penn. Trying to figure out how to withdraw from Georgetown. It's down to Columbia and Harvard now.

3/19/08- Just returned from Harvard ASW. I had a great time and was impressed by their faculty/program.

3/10/08- Finished visiting NYC schools for ASW programs. Was expecting to like NYU and dislike Columbia, but ended up feeling the opposite way.

2/25/08- I'm in at HARVARD!! I don't know how long it will take for me to stop smiling!!

2/9/08- Yale rejection in the mail. No surprise.

2/8/08- Received email from Michigan. Seemed like it said that I was deferred, but was a bit unclear.

1/31: Stanford rejection arrives via snail mail. Disappointing, but not surprising.

1/30: TS phone interview.

1/25: Email regarding phone interview with Dean Stock next week! I'm so excited!! Came home to find Columbia acceptance in the mail. What a great day!!

1/24: Phone call acceptance from U Penn!

12/10: Email w/ acceptance from Duke at 4:15 PST! Dean Hoye is working overtime. Came home to find a purple folder waiting for me under my doormat. I'm in at NYU!!

11/20: Acceptance from Boalt via e-mail. I'm surprised by the quick turnaround, especially since I didn't think Boalt would be impressed with my gpa.

11/16: Small Ecru Envelope with acceptance from Georgetown arrived in the mail. Online status-checker still lists my application as being "complete."
