Additional info & updates

Wishing I knew about requesting fee waivers before I applied - could have save a few bucks :(

2/15/10 - UofWyoming current status as of 1/26 "In second stage of review" - not sure exactly what that means, just hoping I get an answer, any answer, soon :)
Denver current status as of 1/19 "Application Complete"
Boulder email sent 1/25 "file is complete and ready for review by the Admissions Committee"
and now I will try not to check the status websites everyday!!!

2/24 - received snail mail letter from Boulder that I'm on the wait list. I did send in a LOCI the 2nd week of March - not sure if those really help, but gotta try!

3/11 - Denver: status online changed to "decision processed"
3/23 - received rejection letter in the mail from Denver.

3/26 - Wyoming status online changed to "decision rendered"
3/31 - received a rejection letter from Wyoming via the USPS

...come on Boulder!!
Bought another book of 10 old LSAT tests - I'll start studying AGAIN after I get those. Need to figure out how I should modify my study habits & get my test anxiety under control. I'm also not sure if I'll take the June LSAT, or wait until the Oct. test and just re-apply for Fall 2011. Decisions, decisions, decisions.

Congrats on CU that is quite an accomplishment. My LSAT is a few points higher than your but my GPA is a few points lower... Hopefully they will extend me a shot also. How did you hear from them?

Wow. I am shocked you even got waitlisted at CU since their scores are so much higher. That's awesome though Congrats! What is an LOCI?

Ditto on the "come on Boulder" quote hah

Im so happy for you. Being in the same situation as you academically and family wise helps me really understand how you feel right now. I dont personally know you, but just from your comments I believe that Boulder would be dumb to reject you. You seem like a really intelligent person and I know you will make a great attorney. Just make sure you stay as determined as you are now to get in. Being waitlisted to Boulder is an accomplishment in itself! I am hoping that Bould accepts you soon!
