I'm done hiding! At this point, I don't think it's going to make much of a difference :)

+Unique background and experience.

+4 years as a professional athlete after undergrad including competing in the Olympic qualifying series, US Open, etc. for snowboarding halfpipe.

+2 years experience at an athlete management agency. Went to the 2006 Winter Olympics for a client who won a Bronze medal. Amazing experience. Wrote my PS about some aspects of that experience.

+LORs from the chairwoman of the dept. of my major, my current boss, and a colleague in the snowboarding industry.

+Believe it or not I am actually NOT interested in doing sports law.

+Weak LSAT. I was practicing way higher but the Sept. 2006 RC section killed me (Damned basins of chaos!). Planned on retaking in December but ended up not doing so due to illness.

+Applied super DUPER late to BC and American.

+Brooklyn was a weird case. I applied FT and they offered me a spot in the PT program with a priority waitlist for the FT program.

+Frustrated with Northwestern, and after hearing that they pushed back the date to notify 'on hold' applicants from 4/30 to mid to end of May, I decided that Boston University is the place for me!

i don't really have a first choice....but i think wash u, northwestern, or michigan would be ideal. i don't want to get my heart set on anything right now! what about you?
