12/21 - I still have only heard from St. Mary's which may be a very good thing considering my numbers. In review at Houston, Tech, South Texas and Baylor. My status at SMU still only says complete. I'm thinking that the longer they take, the better my chances are of pulling out an acceptance at Houston or SMU.

1/3 - Status checker at Tech says decision rendered but I am currently out of the state and will not be able to get to my mailbox until the 8th. Hoping it's an acceptance.

1/9 - Got to the mailbox today and found my acceptance into Texas Tech.

1/20 - Waitlisted at U of H today. Planning to send a LOCI and am praying for an eventual acceptance. It's probably going to come down to South Texas if I had to guess. SMU is a long shot and there is a good chance that I will not get off the waitlist at U of H.

1/21 - Decision rendered at Baylor according to my status checker. I should get the letter within the next couple days.

1/24- It's been a day full of decisions. Rejected from Baylor via snail mail and rejected from SMU via status checker. I'm being considered for the spring at Baylor so I still have my status as pending there.

3/11 - Accepted to STCL. Visited U of H and going to visit Tech next week. The decision is going to come down to STCL, in hopes of getting into U of H, or just make the full jump to Tech and forget about U of H. I'm leaning towards STCL...

4/4 - Definitely going to Houston. Planning for STCL but hoping for U of H.

Did you ever get off the waitlist at UH and how did they notify you? Was it through the status checker or mail? Good luck with everything!

Nope, I'm still on the waitlist. Their deposits aren't due until April 15th so I surely won't hear until after that point.
