Minnesota is a great match for my husband's program and for me. He's doing alt energy research/engineering, we're looking at being in school for probably 7 years between the two of us -- Minneapolis would be a good place for that. Otherwise, Hastings or Colorado, Wisc. It would depend on what program he wants.

Yeah, I'm definitely interested in IP. MN is in my top few choices no matter what happens the rest of the cycle. Never been to Minneapolis or the school (I hear it's great), but hopefully I can visit sometime next semester. Good luck with the rest of your apps!

And congrats on Minnesota! Most of the schools I applied to were ones I thought I might have a chance at scholarships. (And, on top of that, I specifically picked them for some of the programs they offer). A professor encouraged me to apply to Michigan. Good luck on this cycle!

Thanks! I'm really torn between several schools right now, Iowa being one of them. Which school are you hoping to attend?

For the congrats. Was actually really dissapointed when I got the first letter saying I was deferred and wouldn't hear until mid-May. Congrats to you as well on Iowa and Minnesota!
