We have similar numbers. Why no DC schools? You should have no problem with GMU. Best of luck with the rest of the cycle. Also congrats to the ravens! I live in city near inner harbour and it's loud tonight. Cheers

Thanks!

I'm a Redskins fan but as soon as they are out(unfortunately toof quickly usually) I root for the Ravens. I have lived 20 min outside of DC for most of my life and, like you, am ready for a move. I thought about applying to G-Town but I would rather spend schools in the burbs than IN an city... and it's a real long shot. I'm going to study business law (entrepreneurship) and Pepperdine's program seems perfect for me. I am guessing as an engineer you will be doing intell. prop.? My grandfather was an electrical engineer and I thought about going into it and running his company but it went under when the internet became popular. What are your top choice schools?

thanks!

Thanks for the congrats! UCI was a school I tossed in at the last minute when I learned about their clerking rates (which I interpreted as a sign that a UCI degree might have at least limited national portability). I didn't apply to other CA schools because I've been in CA for 16 years and I'm ready for a change of scenery. I would only have accepted a UCI offer if it came with [very close to] a full ride... and they didn't offer my any merit $, so that made the decision easy. Is there a particular school or area that you're leaning towards?
